Are payment plans available for wedding packages and room blocks?
Yes. We offer structured, interest-free payment schedules divided into manageable installments following your initial deposit, with full payment due prior to your event date.

Do you offer a best-rate guarantee if prices drop after I book?
We guarantee the best contractual rates for your wedding group room block at the time of booking. Should official resort promotions become available for your dates, your Romance Concierge will review your contract terms to ensure your group receives optimal value.

If I need to cancel or postpone my wedding, will I get a refund?
Wedding deposits and payments are non-refundable. However, if you need to postpone your celebration, your dedicated Romance Concierge will assist you in transferring your balance toward a future date, subject to availability and contract terms.

How much of a deposit is required to reserve my date?
To reserve the date and venue, an initial deposit of only $100 USD per person will be required to secure your group's booking.

When should the total payment be made?
Optional Services for your wedding event must be paid for according to your calendar established on the wedding contract. The total due must be paid at least 30 days before the wedding day. For more information please contact our Wedding planner.

What forms of payment are accepted?
Deposits may be made by credit card (except Discover), in cash or by bank transfer to our bank account.
