Colorful Ceremonies are Back
In recent years, we've seen that weddings have leaned towards a more minimalist style, favoring neutral tones that give a modern and simple touch to the celebration.
And although this palette is quite beautiful, in 2023 weddings full of intense and vibrant colors are coming back with a bang, bringing a more playful and fun aesthetic. So, if you're tying the knot this year, start thinking about your favorite colors to implement in all the little details of your wedding!

Spectacular Ceilings and Skies
For both indoor and outdoor weddings, the idea of decorating what's above is coming in hot, with incredible hanging flower installations, fairy-tale lighting, balloons, or drapes being just some of the many possibilities to enhance your venue. While not necessary, this touch adds something unique to your floor plan, showing how even the littlest of details can make a big difference.
This is a great idea for decorating the area around the newlywed's table in addition to the dance floor, creating a one-of-a-kind atmosphere around those spaces and making them feel even more special.

A Curved Walk to the Altar
The path to the altar has always played an important role in weddings, as it's where all eyes will be looking when the bride makes her entrance.
Although the aisle is usually decorated with flowers or candles in a straight line, it's becoming more and more popular this year to follow a serpentine-shaped, or "s-curved," design, which will bring an elegant and fresh effect to the walk. This change from a straight aisle to a curved aisle also makes the walk to the altar a bit longer, giving the bride more time to see her cherished guests and for them to admire her for the first time in her beautiful gown.

Grace Kelly-Inspired Wedding Dresses
Grace Kelly's wedding dress is known as one of the most influential in history, considering how after she wore it in 1956, it became a source of inspiration for millions of brides around the world, including celebrities and royalty.
In previous years, we had seen a trend in more daring wedding gowns with unusual details, but this season will bring dresses with a clean and timeless aesthetic, inspired by Grace Kelly. Adding to this, we'll also see longer and more lavish veils.

Mismatched Dresses for the Bridesmaids
We're used to bridesmaids doting the same color dress, just in the cut and style that each one chooses.
But this is expected to change with the rising trend of different dresses for each bridesmaid. Now, the ladies will not only choose the style of their dress, but also the color or pattern, with no thought as to if they combine with each other or not.
Not all brides will find interest in this trend, but it certainly brings a fresh, more laid-back aesthetic to the day, plus it allows bridesmaids to show more of their personality!

Cutting Out Poses for More Natural Wedding Photos
When it comes to wedding photos, we've spent several years focusing on soft lighting and plenty of posing for the bride and groom, wedding party, and guests.
Now we're going full circle, with a trend towards photos that focus on the real moments, without perfect posing or lighting. The idea is for photographers to capture wedding moments with a minimum of prompting or interruption. Picture candid shots like one of your mom racing her sister to the dance floor, or a tilted shot of your friends sharing a tequila shot in celebration.
The result is fantastic, where these more fun and real images convey the true lively atmosphere that was experienced at your wedding.
