Get Enough Sleep

Try to get a good sleep schedule in the weeks leading up to your wedding, making sure you get at least 7-8 hours of rest every night. If you have trouble falling asleep, try reading a book while you're in bed, listening to special meditations, drinking calming tea, and/or including aromatherapy into your sleep routine, with essential oils that will relax you (such as lavender, chamomile, or marjoram).
