I had the Privilege to work with Moncerrath as our wedding coordinator for the Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit! She went above and beyond to work this us. She answered all the emails promptly and hopped on any video calls if requested. She was very attentive to all the small details and was on top of making it a beautiful wedding weekend for the couple. She was on site late hours and always was checking in to see if there was more she could do. I’ve done a lot of resort weddings and we have never received this amazing worth ethic like we did with Moncerrath. We also had the pleasure of having Ricardo as our Banquet Manager Captain and he was incredible to work with too, very hardworking and no request was left unattended to. He was always making sure he could do something to help. Between Moncerrath and Ricardo we had the most magnificent dream wedding team. I will bring clients back to the Grand Velas just so we can work with them both again! Truly some of the best in the industry !!
