My husband and I got married at Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit on April 5, 2025 and had a magical time!! The wedding planners and staff were incredibly kind, fun, and organized. I never felt stressed or worried it all came out amazing. We worked with Gaby and Leticia during the wedding planning process and they made us feel like VIPs. We had a small wedding of 50 people but this resort can easily accommodate much larger parties. We loved having our wedding guests with us at the resort the entire weekend too. It was so much fun spending quality time with everyone. We had an absolute blast!! We are so thankful. We were treated so well by all of the resort staff. It was absolutely perfect!! Our guests were also enjoying their time so much that several of them worked with the hotel to extend their trip. We especially liked that Koi bar is a large adults only bar venue on site that is open very late! This made a very easy meet-up and hangout spot for all of the wedding guests all weekend long. Many other venues we looked at didn’t offer this. The resort itself is also fabulous. All of the dinner restaurants are divine. We tried all 4 and would happily dine at all of them again. They don’t advertise this as much on the website but they also sometimes do a buffet at their restaurant by the beach. That’s another fun dining option. All of the food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner is DELICIOUS!! They have a large variety of options. We were here over 8 days and never got tired of the food and drink options. All of the staff are amazing and helpful! The front desk, spa, pool side service, wedding planners, waiters, everyone!! You must go to the spa for a massage or facial! They truly help you relax and I think the prices are really fair for how well they treat you during your spa service. I recommend this resort for young couples, families or all ages, honeymooners, babymooners, and young professionals. There really is fun for everyone!!
