I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nubia and Gaby, our wedding coordinators. From the very first meeting, Nubia made us feel completely at ease. She was incredibly organized, professional, and so attentive to every detail, ensuring that our wedding day was nothing short of perfect. She really set the precedence from the beginning and laid the groundwork for an incredible wedding. Gaby stepped in at the beginning of December (just 60 days away from the wedding) having someone new primarily planning the wedding just 2 months out made me slightly nervous but those nerves completely went away during my first meeting with her. Gaby took the time to understand our vision and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to bring it to life. from suggesting beautiful décor ideas, working with our budget in mind, to seamlessly managing the timeline. She was proactive in handling every aspect of planning all of our events, from the Welcome Cocktail, Rehearsal Dinner, Ceremony and Reception. Every detail, from the timing of the ceremony to coordinating with vendors. No request was too big or too small for her – she truly went above and beyond in every way. On our big day, Gaby's calm presence and attention to detail allowed us to enjoy every moment without worry. She managed everything flawlessly, keeping everything on schedule and making sure that everything ran smoothly. Our guests were also impressed by how seamless the entire event was and how she made every guest feel welcomed and attended to. We are so grateful to have had Gaby by out side. Her expertise, dedication, and passion for what she does made our wedding day absolutely magical. Thanks to her, everything went off without a hitch, and we could focus on celebrating with our loved ones. We can't speak highly enough of Maria, the hotel personal concierge. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. Maria has a remarkable ability to anticipate every need, and her attention to detail is truly impressive. Whether it was arranging a last-minute dinner reservation at one of the incredible restaurants or making a spa reservation for me when they were all booked, she kept checking to see if there were any cancellations of appointments to try her hardest to get the appointment for me and without fail l, Maria made it happen! Maria made sure our experience was seamless and memorable. What truly sets Maria apart is her genuine care and personalized service. She took the time to get to know us and understand what we were looking for, offering tailored suggestions that made our trip feel extra special. We felt truly cared for by Maria and we will definitely request her when we come back for our next visit. We also appreciated how responsive she was, always quick to answer any questions or accommodate special requests. She went above and beyond to help make my mom’s birthday special by putting a birthday cake in her room along with decorations upon her arrival. My mom cried with happy tears and it truly made her feel special and celebrated during my wedding weekend. Thanks to Maria, our stay was filled with memorable experiences, and we felt completely taken care of throughout our entire visit.
