We had absolutely the most incredible wedding weekend of ours lives and a big part of it was because of the incredible staff. From the moment we signed our contract Leticia tried to make every request we had possible. Her and her team (including Melina, Gabriela & Fernanda) are what made the entire weekend incredible. Leticia is so sweet and amazing! During our stay, Chef Raul went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the food for our guests and accommodated our dietary restrictions as we are kosher so flawlessly. The challenge of cooking for our 330 guests every day on top of his responsibilities to the hotel did not phase him. The day after the wedding I had lost my voice and the pool concierge Jose made me a special blend of Mexican tea. This helped me tremendously and was so sweet of him! Each and every person and staff member gave us their 100% during the entire planning process and weekend and we couldn’t be more grateful and appreciative. The hotel worked effortlessly with our wedding planner Priscilla from Prisar Events to make our dreams come true. I would recommend anybody thinking of doing a destination wedding in Mexico to highly consider this breath taking resort and beyond amazing team! We love you all and can’t wait to come back to celebrate another event!
