Our stay at Velas Vegas began with the bell service taking our bags and walking them to our room for us. They immediately made us feel at ease and we were instantly on vacation mode. Check in was easy and fast. Our room was a Studio King and offered the perfect amount of space and amenities. The pool was beautiful and I thoroughly enjoyed the daily water aerobics!! The instructor made it so much fun! The beach was also beautiful with many available cabanas to lounge and soak up the beautiful scenery. By far the best thing about Velas was their AMAZING STAFF. In particular Jacinto & Pedro at the pool were always so fast, friendly, just offered really great service while we were enjoying the day ordering food and drinks. We came for a wedding and Velas did not miss one beat when it came to how perfect the day truly was. The wedding was on the jetty with the most perfect background and the most professional service. The food our entire stay was amazing. The verde chilaquiles, the ahi tuna, the waffles, the shrimp tacos.... I could go on. Everything was so delicious! We will be back and bringing our kids!!! Velas is the best!
