Where do I even begin? We were suggested this property for our wedding after we changed our plans based on not wanting to be a super-spreader event here in Orlando. We didn't have much information, and based when it's your wedding! But, Leticia was our wedding planner, and once we made on ensuring that our guests would be well taken care of, still not break the bank, and have room for families to attend the wedding. Booking a property sight-unseen is terrifying, especiallycontact (I had to go around a pushy wedding planner here that we ended up firing the day before we left for Mexico!) she was unstoppable, and made our wedding day seamless and unforgettable. I can't even begin to tell you how she handled my incessant questions with grace and unflappability. The best part- she heard me tell her my now husbands pronouns, and the entire resort used them the entire time. That to me is worth more than anything that will come below. Settle in, I have a lot to say! I'll start with the hotel: from the beginning, it was clear that safety is a priority. There are shoe sanitizers, hand sanitizers, and a body temp scan as soon as you get out of the car. Our luggage was taken and sanitized to be brought to our room after check in. Check in is simple and easy, and is where you meet your personal concierge. There are welcome cocktails, and simple, not aggressive, bracelets for the all-inclusive. The room: We stayed in a Grand Class Suite, and it really was grand class. Huge bed, huge room, huge bathroom, plenty of space, giant balcony. Hot tub. So many parts of it that we never got to relax on, since we did a lot of hanging out at the pool bar with family and friends, and never wanted to miss our dinner reservations. The food: Absolutely delightful. We consider ourselves pretty adventurous eaters, and this bordered on too adventurous for us. But- everything we had was incredible. Our wedding menu was based on the menu from Frida, but Piaf was our favorite of the week. Sen Lin and Lucca were also absolutely delicious. I can't wait to get back to eat more! The Wedding: Leticia, Wendy, and Andrea made our day perfect. They coordinated meetings with all of the vendors (whom we had not met!) and hammered out all of the details. On the day, they got us and our families and friends where they needed to be when they needed to be there. They supported us and danced with us. It's been a week, and they're still checking in and making sure we didn't leave anything behind, or need anything wrapped up. Absolutely incredible. 10/10 would recommend.
