From the start of the planning all the way through the end, every detail and aspect of the wedding was managed with the absolute best in professionalism and care. My wife Rachel and I were so impressed with Nubia, she managed every aspect of the wedding with the finest attention to detail and care. Nubia was so understanding and smart with ideas to make the wedding the bet it could be. Nubia helped us work through issues and provided outstanding solutions. We were so impressed with each moment. Nubia rose above and beyond our best expectations. Add to that everyone of your staff was fantastic from check in to the day we checked out. We felt like we were the most important people at your beautiful resort. Our rooms were lovely, the food delicious and the service impeccable. We clearly made the right decision to host our daughter’s wedding with Velas. We will be back soon. Thanks again.

We recently were married at the Grand Velas Resort and it was a wonderful experience for both of us and all of our guests. The Grand Velas is a luxury all-inclusive resort with excellent facilities, great restaurants, and the best staff. The all-inclusive aspect made it convenient for our guests to truly enjoy themselves once they arrived. The wedding itself was awesome. We worked with Monica, our wedding planner, who arranged a very festive poolside Mexican fiesta rehearsal dinner at the Zen pool with a mariachi band, DJ and delicious Mexican buffet. The wedding ceremony the next day was on the beach followed by cocktails and everything was set up perfectly. We then went inside for a great wedding dinner and more dancing. Monica helped us arrange everything: the dinner menus and table settings, the hair and make-up stylists, the DJs and party decor, the photographer - everything! Most importantly, the graciousness and wonderful kindness of Monica, Andrea (her indispensable colleague) and all the staff at the Grand Velas were most memorable. We would do it all over again!
