We looked at a few resorts for our destination wedding, but decided to go back to the Grand Velas in Riviera Maya. I am SO GLAD we did! Our wedding coordinator, Paulina and her team, were amazing. They took care of every last detail, even things I wouldn’t have thought of. We arrived to the resort a few days prior to our wedding (I recommend doing this, btw!) and I was bracing myself for all the stress I wasn’t having while planning, but there wasn’t any :) Some of our guests grumbled at the room prices, but when they got here, all said it was well worth it! Everything about the wedding was perfect. I could not have asked for a better day, or weekend!
