It all started with me and my husband trying to find an amazing location for our destination wedding. We were lost and didn't have much information as none of us had ever been to a destination wedding. However, we knew that we wanted a warm, sunny, beautiful location surrounded by our very close family and friends. Long story short, after browsing the web for 2-3 months and reading all the amazing reviews about Grand Velas we decided to pick this place for our big day eventhough we had never been to this resort before. I am very happy and satisfied to say that everything was above and beyond our expectations and we owe it all to our amazing wedding planner Andrea. She made the whole process of planning a destination wedding fun and enjoyable. Andrea delivered on every single thing that we asked of her. She was always there to reply to our multiple emails a day as soon as possible and when we met her in person her positive vibe and energy and her confidence in what she was doing made us feel a lot more relaxed and comfortable in letting her plan our big day. From the day we arrived, Andrea was there for us every minute of everyday and would go above and beyond to make sure that not only us but also our guests had everything we needed. Everything from the wedding itinerary to details in decoration was exactly like what we had requested and even better. Aside from the actual wedding day, my husband and I and all of our 60 guests who were staying at the resort had an amazing time and according to them this was the best resort they had ever been to in Mexico. The service, food and the general ambiance was amazing. I would definitely recommemd this resort and if you are looking for a place to have your wedding at this is the place to be especially if Andrea is your wedding planner ;)
