Cannot say enough about the Grand Velas. The location is spectacular. We hosted 40+ guests for our destination wedding and everything was flawless. The wedding planning team, Monica and Pamela were amazing and supportive during the planning and the week that we were there. Alan, our concierge went above and beyond not just the week of the wedding but during our site visit in November. Food at all restaurants and at our catered events was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely warm and friendly. 40+ guests and not one single complaint from anyone! Guests were spread between Zen, Ambassador and Grand Class. All rooms and spaces are beautiful. We moved for our second week in Mexico to another resort for a change of scenery but it was a HUGE mistake, we regretted it on our first day! Nowhere near the level of service and luxury that the Grand Velas offers and it was way more expensive. Can’t thank Grand Velas for everything they did for us and can’t wait to return!!
