We chose Grand Vellas Riviera Nayarit for our destination wedding completely unaware we found our new favorite place on Earth. Every experience with the resort exceeded our expectations. This of course started with the hotels wedding coordinator/manager Andrea Garza Martinez. She was wonderful. We were, of course, nervous about planning our wedding without being able to visit ahead of time. And also not knowing anything about andrea. She went well out of her way to make sure our wedding would be everything we wanted and more. Everything went perfectly (even the weather although I'm not sure how much credit Andrea can take for that ). What I do know is we bombarded her with daily questions leading up to our special day. She always responded in very timley fashion. My(then) fiance naturally had a very specific vision for our wedding and Andrea did everything she could to make that happen, and we weren't disappointed. It was an amazing day. And then there's the resort itself. Upon arrival it bleww us away. From the design and craftsmanship of the building to the grounds the place is awesome. We were greeted with Champaign and welcome massages. As well as being assigned a personal concierge Diana Rivera. Diana took great care of us. Always making herself available to us and our requests. She made sure we had everything we wanted. From more tequila and wine to dinner reservations and even watching an American football game. THE FOOD IS SO AWESOME!! Every meal was our favorite. I know that sounds dumb but trust me.... Basically I can't wait to go back!! If you are considering staying here look no further. The price is a little high but we left feeling like we got more than we payed for. Who knows maybe we'll see you there!!
