Everything exceeded our expectations. Andrea and Geraldine were amazing throughout the planning process. They were patient and eager to make our events perfect; which they did. The hotel staff were amazing. As well; our guest were raving. About the experience, Grand Velas Riviers Nayarit and its staff has spoiled us and raised the bar for any other place we may ever visit.
