In October of 2018 my wife and I and 45 of our closest friends and family stayed at your hotel. Simply put this was the best hotel experience that we have ever had. My wife and I as well as many of our guests work in the hospitality industry and without fail everyone who attended felt that every aspect of the resort was 5 diamond. The arrival experience was amazing from the welcome massage to the beautifully designed lobby. The service and attention to detail shown by all staff members was really stood out to me the most. From the genuine smile, to the happy to help mentality is a true testament to the training that you have for your staff. On many occasions I saw staff members working in multiple departments and in every case the associate was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It is hard to mention everyone but a few key staff members that really went above and beyond were our Wedding Manager Andrea and her team Andrea and Jasmine. Also, our concierge Jose (Cheppe) was absolutely amazing. I apologize but I can not remember our room number but the housekeeper that we had everyday did an amazing job as well. The room we stayed in was absolutely spectacular. We upgraded to a suite overlooking the ocean. The room was spacious and in extremely good condition. The Jacuzzi on the deck overlooking the ocean was incredibly relaxing. The culinary experiences at every outlet were absolutely first rate!! We dined several times at every restaurant and I can honestly say that over our 10 day stay I never had a bad meal. My wife and I have been missing the property since the day we left and are definitely looking forward to making an annual vacation at your beautiful location. Our wedding was absolutely perfect in every aspect and we could not have had a better experience. Thank you to everyone for making this important moment in our lives unforgettable.
