THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!Dear Diana and Juan Carlos, I just wanted to reach out and let you know what wonderful staff you have working as wedding planners at the Grand Velas. The staff there ESPECIALLY Ariadna Ruiz really are top notch!!!!! Ariadna was amazing in creating such a beautiful 50TH !!!!!!! wedding anniversary for my parents. She was so organized and on top of everything. I had not one single concern about anything.. Our emails were fantastic and she always responded with such speedy responses. We honestly could not have chosen a better resort or staff to work with to give my parents such an amazing day. I must also say the minister was so wonderful. It was exactly what my parents had hoped for short and sweet and beautifully done. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I'm already starting to plan another trip back to the Grand Velas. The photographers and staff at Lucca also top notch treated us like royalty. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!! for making this one of the most treasured vacations yet.
