I reserve the place over travelacity and on my reservation said we have $50 credit toward to the spa. When we got there the lady from spa came & gave us quick neck massage. Felt great. Then she explain our spa has jacuzzi, steam room, hot sauna room & foot massager. I was so excited about relaxation b/c I had a very busy work schedule for more than a month. when I told her no your $50 will go credit towards the massage. I was very disappointed. Anyway I talked to manager & I should him my reservations which mention $50 toward spa facilities then they were honor that. Please take your reservations in case if you need it. Regardless of our 1st experience This place was one of the beautiful resort. Their services, food & amenity was immaculate. They are several different resturant. Their Franch restaurant wa to die for. The food, dessert and service was excellent. I was very disappointed with their Mexican restaurant, very mean host. We were 12 people and we 8 of us got to the place. Our other friend were late. We have reservations and as soon as we sat she told us we have wait to rest if the people come. But I told her we are hungry & we need to start until our redid the party come. She refused to serve us. Anyway we had to leave and go to the our are to eat. I told her we have 100 guess here for wedding and this is not right but no compassion. Anyway that was the bad experience but the wedding area was beautiful. Our friend ceremony was outside close to ocean. During ceremony rain start. They brought umbrellas for all of us which was very nice. During our staying everything we need was right at your site. The room service & food was so delicious. You didn't have to wait forever or force to go to the restaurant. Anyway the overall experience was great. Even we had those 2 not Pleasant experience, I still give them 5 stars because they really work hard to make sure their guess have a good time. Thank you
